Yamaha has announced the latest addition to its Adventure segment range with the new 2024 Yamaha Ténéré 700 Extreme.
The bike will offer customers Yamaha’s most ‘Extreme’ off-road specification adventure motorcycle and is set to deliver a new level of handling that will be appreciated by experienced adventure riders and dirt riders alike.
Featuring the proven KYB suspension first seen on the high specification, long-distance World Raid model, the new Ténéré 700 Extreme arrives with many of the exclusive parts developed for dirt use fitted as standard equipment.
Its off-road ready specification includes:
- Premium fully adjustable 43mm long travel KYB front forks
- Adjustable KYB piggyback rear shock absorber
- Extra wide titanium footrests
- Extreme seat with additional padding
- High level front mudguard
- Aluminium mesh radiator guard
- Chain guide
- Gold anodized wheel rims
I don’t have the SRP yet, but Yamaha tells me it will be available in the coming weeks, with availability expected in March 2024. The first UK showing of the new bike will be at Motorcycle Live at the NEC in November, so you can check it out there if you are not planning on attending the forthcoming EICMA show in Milan.
